Registration will start at 7:30 am at the dealership.
KSU at 8:30 am


Hotel Information: There is a block of rooms under Hall of Fame HOG.
Cost: $109.51 total including tax.

What to expect: We will be traveling all back roads. We will be on roads that are 55 mph speed limit. On route 30 for about 8 minutes 70 mph.


We have 2 gas stops planned out that are roughly 1.5 hours in distance between stops. (57 to 69 miles in duration). Plan to stop in Vandalia for lunch. Would like to avoid the McDonald's there for group safety reasons when leaving. After lunch then we will head over to Aullwood Audubon.


This is a wildlife conservation center. The trail to the trolls is a 2 mile walk to see all three trolls. Trail takes roughly 1 to 1.5 hours depending on how much time is spent at each troll.


I can get us a group rate for admission if we have 10 or more attendees. Ticket prices are $13.00 for ages 13 to 64. Children 4 to 12 $9.00. Group rate would be $8.00.


After the trolls we will head over to the hotel. There is a BBQ restaurant called Company 7 BBQ that we would like to try for dinner. Something other than the normal chain places.


Sunday morning plan to leave the hotel around 9 am. Taking the same route home that we take down (It's the best route to ride). Same stops for fuel and stretch. Theoretical ETA for returning home Sunday is between 2 pm and 3 pm.

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.  All riders and passengers must sign a release.

Hall of Fame Chapter #5290 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy
